That’s Meng Hour at the top. I visit her weekly to check out her excellent array of Korean, Chinese, Japanese and European vintage silks. Madame Meng Hour started in the business when she was 11 years old. She’s also a French professor, Chinese fan dancer, mother of three and trades in antique South East Asian ceramics. Lady sure knows her stuff. The middle two pics are my latest favourites. The tuk tuk shot is from Tuesday, when we just made it to the studio before a deluge resulted in flooded streets. All silks were safe and dry but were were soaked through. The bottom-right pic shows some neon pinks after an overnight salt-soaking. Another beautiful, busy, bright week of Superlost.
